How it works
ONE: select the competencies to be addressed by this assessment from the PROFILE:MATCH® Competency Library (your selection may be job related or may cast a wider net).

TWO: When you save your competency selection, you will be emailed the test instructions to forward to the individual(s) concerned.

THREE (optional): The individual registers with MATCH:UP™, a structured coaching programme, based on the PROFILE:MATCH® Personal Development Report.
