How it works

SET-UP: select your preferences for the way this P:M360™ event is to be managed (e.g. adding supplementary questions, or deciding whether candidates should select their own 360 assessors).
LAUNCH: As soon as you launch your P:M360™, emailed instructions are sent to guide everyone involved to their online questionnaire.
MONITOR: Track and manage events as they develop in Survey Manager and finally, generate your P:M360™ reports.
APPLY: The P:M360™ reports provide a wealth of information on which to base future personal development decisions. Set goals, decide on strategies, implement life changing development plans (further help is available from MATCH:UP™, the online development planner).
